They were quick, courteous, and efficient...until they broke my table. At first they told me that I'd be reimbursed at $0.60/lb. I explained and they saw that the table's value was far more. They took a ton of photos and videos and explained that it looked like it had been broken before and downplayed their responsibility. They reiterated repeatedly that they think it was borken before In the end, they took 30 minutes off of the time and promised their handyman would call me to fix the table. I was never called.
