John and his team worked on my newly purchased condo in Playa Vista. They removed the old kitchen, flooring, removed the old ugly tile in the bathrooms and updated the lighting and baseboards. The entire place was painted and they added smooth walls for a more modern look. Overall, the unit came out amazing and it even feels bigger! They were a joy to work with and they had a lot of wonderful ideas along the way.

We remodeled our entire house (4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms) and added on a master bedroom suite upstairs and converted our garage/storage to an ADU. Advanced Building completed a full remodel and addition on our old Historic Craftsman home in Pasadena. They worked directly with the city planners, inspectors and historical department in Pasadena. Advanced was very detailed and organized with all the paperwork submitted to the city and the information they sent to us to keep us updated weekly. Our house is over 100 years old with lots of original details we wanted to incorporate into the new remodel. Advanced enlarge the home by adding an additional bathroom, patio area, laundry room, enlarging the kitchen and outdoor courtyard. The house was completely gutted and only left standing was the original roof and framing; quite the sight! The layout of our home was completely changed for a better flow and functionality. We worked directly with their architects and designers on the new layout of the house and the designer helped with the finished material selection. Everyone we worked with on their team was very responsive, patient, experienced and offered great input including the construction crew! The process was lengthy but we were updated weekly by Advanced even when there was not any progress (City can be slow). We have recommend Advanced Building to several colleagues and family!

Our family purchased a new historic home in Pasadena. We decided to remodel before moving into our new house. We ended up completely gutting the place, kitchen, 4 bathrooms, flooring, windows. Advanced did a spectacular job! They provided a lot of attention to all the details, kept the house clean and secure while we were not living there. Our budget did not allow us to do everything we wanted but we will be using Advanced in the near future for more projects. We love our new home!

I am so impressed with the professionalism of Advanced Building & Remodeling and I am extremely pleased with our new kitchen and bathrooms that were completely gutted and transformed into beautiful spaces. We were regularly provided timelines of what to expect and it wasn't uncommon we were working ahead of the original timeline. All the skilled workers were respectful, meticulous, and kept the work space clean.

Easy to communicate with the team. An eye for great detail. They used open transparency/communication. I knew exactly what was to completed for the week and the following week. Advanced always share the schedule and timeline with our family. Budget was spot on. Great office staff kept the paperwork flowing. Work area was always cleaned at the end of the day. Very happy with the results and we have recommended Advanced to several other neighbors and friends. They had great ideas we did not think of as we were remodeling.
