Is there something wrong with you people? On Jan 30th I placed an order for two of your super deals. Here it is - well look at the date. Nothing's happened. I was told by ADT Elec to call or email to reschedule since they had scheduling problems. That can happen but it got me a little nervous when they said they already charged my credit card and then proved to be impossible to contact. Left a couple of messages and one got redirected to a 3rd person who called and was mystified. So was I. Is there a telephone strike? I have a theory about ADT Elec. When they put you on "hold" they play TV theme music from the 80's. They must figure a customer base of geezers. As for the other order, after calling 2x finally got them and rescheduled for Monday. Wish me luck or those of the faith say a prayer. Roger Broderick P.S You have a complaint list. Should I add AL to it?
