 + -1 moreWAIT TIME WAS ABOUT 5 MINUTES TO GET THRU PHONE TREE AND OPERATOR. ONCE AT TECHNICIAN, THE PROBLEM WAS RESOLVED OVER THE PHONE IN ABOUT 1 MINUTE - IT WAS A SERVER PROBLEM ON THE ADELPHIA END.
Description of Work: MONTHLY CABLE SERVICE AND REPAIR FOR HIGH SPEED CABLE MODEM ACCESS TO THE INTERNET. COULD NOT ACCESS INTERNET AND CALLED FOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT.
