Called Access with my problem and within the hour Vic came. He found the problem, a roller came off the track; fixed it in minutes. I was afraid that it was going to mean that the opener needed to be replaced but he said the opener was good. He did say that in time, the garage door may need to be replaced but there are still small inexpensive fixes that can be made until that time comes. In addition, he said that if they had to replace the rollers and it didn't fix the problem, he would give a credit for those charges toward a new door, if it was needed. This nice guy came on his day off and charged such a small amount for a service many others would charge much more. Vic is the man!
