We have used Accent for 20+years. When I hit the pipe and broke it I panicked. I called Accent told them what I had done and the walked me thru what I needed to do to turn off the water. They were at my house within 2 hours and sorted out what I had done. Forget smell good plumbers I will take plumbers who care.

The plumber did a great job fixing my clogged shower drain. He came out to give a second opinion because the previous plumber said I had to tear out my wall to get it fixed, but I didn't buy it. Accent plumbing sent two plumbers and they fixed it with no problems. This is the second time they come out and they have a done an excellent job both times. I would recommend them.

Not sure why people are down on Accent. I have used them for almost 20 years, I know the guys and I completely trust them - whether installing new drains or fixing toilet internals and leaky faucets. They are here now, banging and drilling away and I know they won't be satisfied until I am satisfied.

First off, the person who they sent out to do the work was quite professional and did a great job.

The real problem though (and the reason for my C grade) is the guy who answers the phone at the company. The entire time I was scheduling, the guy on the phone was rude and showed a complete lack of a customer service focus. Simple hint, it's nice to ask someone if they mind being placed on hold before doing it. The tone of the person was as if I was privileged to be getting one of their plumbers to come out. It was just odd that someone thinks they can behave like that and then get any repeat business from that person...

The gentleman was courteous. The fix was quick and the toilet works great now.

They said it would cost 70 dollars over the phone. When they got here they said it was going to cost 105 dollars. The garbage disposal they brought was a used one and I was going to pay for a new one.

I had a leak under my jacuzzi bathtub. Water was running out the driveway. My son recommended Accent. I called and scheduled an appointment. Sergio came out when scheduled. I had no access to get to the pipes. He added one and repaired the leaky pipe. He could not give me a price because he could see the pipes. They charged me by the hour, and got it done quickly. Great job!

The guys showed up on time to do the work. They explained what the repairs were going to involve as far as time and materials. The work was completed quicker than estimated. Everything is working good and no leaks. These guys were the all-around package.
