It went very well. He did a great job. The fellow was prompt, found the problems quickly, and quoted me a price, including the Angies List discount right away. He had all the parts he needed and completed the work quite fast. I highly recommend them.

He did an excellent job, fixed the problem promptly, and I learned that I cannot use the sheets with the detergent impregnated in it as they can cause exactly this problem in front loading washer!  Expensive lesson, but well learned.

We needed a new stove and since DH need to have a 'certain' one, we found ourselves at Absolute Appliances.  We had a great experience in the showroom thanks to Alex, we set up delivery and time for the stove and asked for their guys to also install our existing washer and dryer...
On install day, they kept us up to date on their arrival time and did a great job installing our washer and dryer.  They even balanced it properly so it no longer rattles like it did at our old place.   However, the stove they delivered had a big dent in it.  There was no pressure to take the stove as-is, so we called up Alex and he put in an order on a new, non-dented stove...
Once we successfully got the new stove delivered, the guys game again and installed it.  They went over all the features and made sure it worked as it should.  Despite the delay in getting a new stove (SInce they pick it up at the warehouse and we wanted THIS particular one), we were very happy with the service and install we recieved.

It was easy getting an estimate and appointment over the phone.  Vlad arrived on time and got right to work.  He took the machine completely apart and cleaned everything and found coins and candy.  He showed me a belt which had about 3 months' more of life in it, so he replaced it for $30 extra.
I had him take a look at my washer and then he gave me some tips on how to operate my dishwasher.  He would have cleaned out the dryer exhaust duct himself, but mine is long and runs under the building.  So he gave me the name of an air duct cleaning company which I subsequently hired and was pleased with.  I ended up paying the original estimated price plus $30 extra for the belt.

Everything has been excellent. They have very good pricing. They are very helpful in terms of communicating with my contractor. They helped me out with a couple of changes that they found a way to save me money with.

Vlad arrived within 2 hrs after my call. He was done in 30 min. Washer works fine again

When I called the company, I had no idea why my refrigerator was making noise. As far as I was concerned the fix could have been anything from Freon to a new compressor. The repair person (Vlad) could have told me anything and I would have bought it. Instead, he was honest and explained that I just needed the compressor coils cleaned. I'm the secretary of my homeowners association, and I'm giving everyone a company sticker for future reference. Honest and competence don't always come in the same package, and you can bet when the association needs anything repaired in the future (or we buy a new dryer), Absolute will get the call.

I CALLED THEM BECAUSE THEY HAD BEEN HERE PREVIOUSLY, BUT THIS TIME THEY SENT A MALE CHAUVINIST. HE HAD A TRAINEE WITH HIM, AND THE TRAINEE DID ALL THE WORK. AFTER THEY LEFT THE MACHINE STILL WASN'T WORKING, AND WHEN I CALLED THEM TO COME BACK, THEY TOLD ME TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT, BUT I REFUSED. I WOULD CALL THEM AGAIN, BUT I WOULD ASK FOR SOMEONE ELSE.

I'VE BEEN IMPRESSED WITH THE COMPANY, BECAUSE THEY HAD ALL MY INFORMATION ON FILE. THEY KNEW WHICH DISHWASHER I HAD. WHEN THE GUY CAME, HE HAD THE EXACT PART THAT I NEEDED, AND EVERYTHING WAS DONE IN ONE VISIT.
