IT WAS A GOOD VALUE. IT WAS VERY, VERY DIFFICULT TO GET THE WORK DONE. IT WAS WORK WITH A CONTRACTOR. WE HAVE HAD THIS EXPERIENCE WITH A LOT OF OTHER CONTRACTORS, AND WHEN SOMETHING NEEDS FIXED, THEY HAVE TO GET OUR SUBS TO DO IT, AND IT IS HARD TO DO THAT BECAUSE THEY HAVE ALREADY BEEN PAID.
