George is a very smart and honest plumber.  He didn't pressure me to do more work than needed to be done at the time.  Since some walls were open, we concentrated on replacing drains above the foundation.  The quality of his work was great.  He was responsive when I had questions about things not related specifically to the work he performed.  Months after the work, he even stopped by to provide a complimentary consultation.

I called them on 10/7 in the afternoon and George picked up and said that the earliest he could make it over to my house was around 11 am on 10/8. I told him that 11:30 would work well with my schedule and he said that that time would work for him as well. He had another big job going on and that was the only window he had on Wednesday. He made it over to my house just before noon, which was a little later than the agreed upon time, but I don't worry too much about anything less than a half hour (which is the only reason I had to give him a B for punctuality).
I proceeded to describe the problem and the symptoms - which was that the kitchen sink would back up if I ran the water for a long time and/or if the fixtures in our bathroom were run for a long time (shower, sink, toilet, etc.). It would then drain again and appear fine as long as only short and quot;burstsand quot; of water was used at a time. We were both certain that it was an obstruction somewhere a little ways away from the actual kitchen sink. I told him that I used a hand held 25 ft snake, but it didn't appear to have solved the problem. He said that you really need to use a much larger diameter snake (I think he said that his snake was .5and quot;), plus it could go 90 feet.
I showed him where the clean out access plug was and he proceeded to do his thing. He was very professional the whole time, and you could tell that he really knew his stuff. Within a few minutes of snaking the drain, the clog seemed to have cleared up since he asked me to run the water in the sink to help flush the line while he was snaking, and it showed no signs of backing up.
I was very pleased with George (owner/technician) and would highly recommend him to anyone in the Westchester area.

They did a video sewer scope during a home inspection which required them to come back many times. The owner, George, was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. He will be the first plumber I call when a future issue arises.

After The Gas Company shut off our gas at 6:30 on a Friday because of a yard line leak I called AA to try to get it resolved. They agreed to come between 9 and 10 am the next day, they were about 15 minutes late but I did receive a call letting me know the new ETA. Unfortunately because I have a home warranty, all I was able to have them do was confirm that there was in fact a leak and isolate the location of the leak. They did that quickly and were very neat--they put booties on the second they walked into my house. I am so sad I can't use them to fix the problem as they were super courteous and seemed very thorough.
