Great!! I contacted them this morning at 11am and within 30 minutes received a call back saying they'd be in the area in an hour if that was convenient. Timing was perfect, they arrived and took care of everything, very friendly, explanatory, and respectful of the space.

I found A to Zen Appliance Repair on the internet because of its excellent Yelp reviews. I emailed Justin Young, the proprietor, and told him that my Viking range needed repair. Justin was prompt in his reply. We made an appointment, he was communicative, he showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He then ordered parts and returned the next week, just as he said he would. He installed the new parts and everything works well now. He was professional, courteous, on time and overall, it was a pleasant experience. He charged a one hour service call ($120.00) plus cost of parts ($240).
