Great job overall, finished sooner then anticipated, great experience working with these guys. I'd hire them again if I needed work in the future. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

THE ESTIMATOR WAS PROMPT AND POLITE BUT THE WORK WAS HORRIBLE. THEY DID NOT SHOW UP UNTIL TWO DAYS AFTER THE AGREED UPON START DATE AND WERE LATE. THEY NEVER CALLED TO ALERT US THEY WEREN'T COMING. THEY SMEARED TAR ON THE SIDES OF THE HOUSE. WE NEEDED TO CALL THEM BACK SEVERAL TIMES TO HAVE THEM COMPLETE THE JOB. THEY REQUESTED A CITY INSPECTION WHILE IT WAS RAINING AND WERE TOLD TO COMPLETE THE JOB TO PROTECT THE REST OF OUR HOME THEREBY COVERING UP THE FACT THAT THEY DID NOT PERFORM THE PROPER PREP WORK. THE OWNER CALLED AT 7:00 AM THE DAY FOLLOWING HIS 'COMPLETION' AND DEMANDED THE BALANCE OF HIS MONEY EVEN THOUGH THE JOB HAD NOT PASSED INSPECTION YET. THEY PUT UNNECESSARY HOLES IN OUR BUILDING AND CREATED A SLOPE AWAY FROM THE DRAIN SPOUT WHICH PUDDLES UP WORSE THAN BEFORE THEY 'FIXED' IT.
