Eugene is the owner I talked to during the entire process. He worked with me on the price when I told him I had a cheaper offer. He offered me many variables as far as compressor options, vents, and thermostat. He was one of the most straight forward, easy to talk to business owners I have ever dealt with. He knew his business and impressed me with his knowledge of what I needed. I had also talked to 3 other companies so I had lots to compare with. Eugene showed up and stayed each day to oversee this was happening correctly. He was easy to get ahold of and kept me updated with the work being done. He came highly recommended to me by a friend who knew him as a repeat service co. for a wealthy client. I assumed he'd be too expensive for me but he was not. Any issue or question I had he was available for, and always treated me like I was the most important customer to watch over. He made sure himself that my central heat and air were put in correctly. He was the one to come back here and turn on the air compressor at the end. I wish I needed more services from him but unfortunately heat and air is all he does. Here is an example of how he treated me - my hot water and furnace pilot was not working one evening after the workers left. He was downtown and immediately offered to drive back to my west side home. i stopped him and instead he helped me relight my pilot light over the phone. What kind of business owner will volunteer to drive from downtown to the west side during 5pm traffic to help me fix what wasn't even his companies error?
