They were very informative about different kinds of termites and treatments. Prompt and professional. The only problem we had was miscommunication regarding turning the gas back on. We think it was the gas company at fault, not A2. We ended up without hot water or our gas appliances for 2 days.

THEY HAVE BEEN VERY FRIENDLY AND RESPONSIVE. IN THE CASE OF THE SKUNKS, THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL, AND THEY CAME OUT VERY QUICKLY. THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY PROFESSIONAL.

THEY'RE VERY HELPFUL AND CONSIDERATE OF CLIENTS PROBLEMS THAT MAY OCCUR. THEY WERE VERY PROMPT AND SPECIFIC WHEN THERE IS A NEED THAT OCCURRED. I RATED THEM LOWER ON PRICE BECAUSE WHO WANTS TO PAY FOR PEST CONTROL.
