A 1 Keys

He was really terrific. He came in and did a wonderful job. I will be using him again.

The first time I used A-1 Keys, I just picked someone from the internet who was close by and who was a small business because I don't like to give money to big corporations if I can help it.  I had lost my house keys.  The owner, Yoav, was there within half an hour.  I thought I would have to get new locks for all the doors.  He suggested I rekey most of them which saved me hundreds of dollars.  He did change one lock because it was a double deadbolt and I wanted all the locks to work with one key and I guess that meant he had to change that one.  But anyway, he did a great job and he could've just changed all of them and made more money off me, but he didn't, which I really appreciated.

Then as he was leaving, I asked him about an antique doorknob I have on a french door which kept falling out.  I thought maybe he would know someone who could fix it for me.  He fixed it on the spot for no charge.

So of course I called him again when I needed a locksmith.  My son and his friend were out late and the friend broke the ignition key in the door lock.  It was one o'clock in the morning, but I called A-1 keys and Yoav came out right away, extracted the broken key, made a replacement key and the boys were able to drive home.

I just think when someone who is working to build a business for himself is so reliable and honest, he deserves for people to know about him.
