A-1 CARPET CARE

I'm 70 yrs old and Techs advised they do not move furniture. I had to make sure they did so we could clean behind sofa. Plus I had to help them - that's ok but don't give me attitude. They missed several spots and there were still indentations from a storage can very clear in the carpet after they left. It was obvious they did not clean a wide open area about 4' x 4'. Nor did they spot clean several areas and the spots are still there. Also they neglected to check and put protection under several pieces of furniture that could cause rust on my carpet. The sofa is difficult to vacuum with my arthritic hands, so they made the attempt, but when I put cushions back it was clear they missed some cushions. I moved what I could - this is not a difficult place to move around and clean, they did a horrible job, and it cost me $275.00. I'll never use them again.

I was very happy, especially with the tiling.

Showed up on time and called ahead as requested.  Workers had no obvious ID, and their truck had a different carpet cleaning company name.  Obviously a sub contractor.  They did not pre-spot soiled areas, even after I asked about pre-spotting, and as soon as carpet was dry some spots came back.  They apparently dumped a bucket or other container on my front parkway lawn (near their truck), because I discovered a big pile of wet lint on the lawn after they left.

IT IS A GOOD COMPANY. THEY ARE PERSONABLE. THEIR WORK IS EXCELLENT, AND THEY ARE VERY CLEAN. THEY CLEANED UP BEHIND THEMSELVES. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.

I WAS HAPPY WITH THE OUTCOME. THEY WORKED WITH MY BUDGET AND THEY CAME ON SHORT NOTICE. THEY DID SHOW UP A COUPLE OF HOURS LATE.
