My computer works wonderfully since this store cleaned it out. I went to another store in my area, and they wanted me to pay twice as much for the same job.
The store clerk who took my order was friendly and professional with me. He called me a day or so later to let me know my computer was ready for pickup. He seemed very knowledgeable. I had questions about other aspects of my computer (memory, durability) which he answered clearly and promptly.
This is my second time to use this company's services. I would use them again.

Gluing back the rubber pad was a small thing that meant a lot to me. The repairman didn't give a second thought to doing this small job for me. I forget the name of the guy who helped me in the store, but he was very helpful and professional.
