Terribly. I found the company on Mapquest.com at a neighbor's home as being the closest locksmith to my home. (They didn't keep their Yellow Pages.) It was about 5 and I had a meeting at 7 p.m., so the company's false promises to come quickly were critical in my agreeing to hire it. First, they promised to come in half an hour (5:30). Didn't arrive. He phoned me on my cell phone twice, each time promising to be there in 15-20-30 minutes. After he hadn't arrived in 1.75 hours (by 6:45), I drove to my meeting. When I tried to hire someone after the meeting, all wanted much more for a night job (about $125), so I stayed overnight with a friend. The next day, another locksmith arrived on time and did the 2-minute job for the promised $60, which was about what this company had quoted.
Description of Work: I locked myself out of my home and needed a locksmith to open the door. My keys were inside. I didn't think of trying Angie's List (although I was a member), and I didn't have its phone number or my screen name and password handy.
