 + -1 moreWe own our home but had a family emergency and had to lease it out as a rental because my 92 yrs old dad needed immediate attention and he needed to be cared for in his home. So we had no other choice but to lease our home. Art Baghdasarian made this a smooth transition for us. He took care of everything and with in a few days he had the house leased. He went above and beyond my expectations. This is the second time we use his services and will continue.
