It was the day after Thanksgiving when I called Dan. Appointment was setup immediately. Dan was very prompt and it didn't take him any effort to replace all the locks (7 total) in less than an hour. He also lubricated all the locks so they worked perfectly, except for one that he explained why it was hard to work on. Completely hassle-free. Pricing was better than I expected.
I worked for Google and I saw him on our Googler's recommendation list. Apparently many Googlers used him and none of them have any complaints. I'd recommend him to everyone I know.
