When we needed to sell our home, purchase another AND do so before a particular deadline, she came through in all the areas that matter: strategic thinker, absolute command of the details, clear communicator, calm negotiator, wise counsel. The success of both the sale and the purchase of those homes was tremendous. Given how much of a person or family's financial and emotional health come from the homes in which they live and/or invest, having someone as competant, calm, personable and professional as Terri has had long lasting impact. On occasion over the years when she has spotted a relevant data point to our home or neighborhood she's passed it on. I got to know her by chance at an open house, saved her card and am glad I did so.
