The owner does all the works. He is fast and the quality and price are great.

Great job. Screens fit oh so tight, but he showed me the right way to get them out to avoid damaging them. Very pleased with the final product. No mosquitos can get around these new screens.

Overall, the job went pretty well. I thought it was a little overpriced, but when I shopped around another company was just as expensive. I hadn't heard good things about the other company. I recommended him to my daughter who works. I told him which door it was that he was to put the screen on. He went over there by himself and put the screen on the wrong door. But she liked it so well; she kept it. He charged her the same $400. It wasn't perfect, because he had to come back a couple of times. With regard to price, I thought it was a little high for a standard door. Their quality is very good. There was one problem with it. It's a screen door; we are not used to having a screen door in the bathroom. It is so sheer that my husband and I have walked through it. He did come back and put some details on it, so it's more visible. Their punctuality was very good.

I would highly recommend Tony for any screening work. He is fun yet professional. He arrived promptly. The small downside is that he took several days to return my call. I'm glad I waited, though. If you are in a hurry and receive his voice mail, I'd suggest you tell him you need a return call ASAP. Otherwise, he was great.

We've used Screenmobile/Tony on multiple occasions to repair and replace several window screens and screen doors on an apartment building in Palo Alto. He is wonderful. His doors are of great quality and his service is fast and professional. He's always busy and he still calls back when called, shows up on time, and does the job for the price quoted. He doesn't sell junk screen doors. His brand is priced well (especially when you consider how great his service is) and the doors are of much better quality than what you'll find on sale at Home Depot. I live by the motto that "you only cry once when you pay for quality", and the Screenmobile doors fit that mantra. If every contractor I used were as great as Tony I'd be a much happier person!

Excellent service. Came out on a rainy day and thought he would have to
take the screen door to the shop. Instead, in a lull in the rain, was
able to repair the screen door on the spot in less than a half hour.
Supplied a stronger, pet-resistant screen, and all for less than any
other place had quoted me. Very happy with the service and would
recommend him to others in a NY minute!

This is a great service. The tech/owner comes to your home with all his equipment on his truck. He measures your screen, cuts the new material to order and inserts it on the spot. There is a choice of materials, depending on whether you need your screen to be pet resistant or not, which we did (this is why the screen was torn in the first place). Had to call a few times to get an appointment, but overall it was an excellent experience, a fair price and I would definitely use them again.

My call requesting information was returned promptly. He described the service and gave me an estimate and told me he would come to my home to perform the work within the next two days. I did not need to be home when he did the repair since the screens were accessible from the outside, so more precise timing was not necessary. He came within the time he promised, did the work, and left me an invoice which was within the estimate. I sent him a check and that was it.
It was simple, no trouble for me at all, and the work was done well. I'm not sure what he did, but the door even slides better now. I will call him again for any work I need done within his area of expertise.

Called Screenmobile, played a little phone tag (due to my not always having cell phone nearby), but when I finally spoke to Tony, he was able to squeeze me into his day that very day. Came over very promptly, rescreened the doors on a mobile truck parked in front of my house, was done in under an hour. Even adjusted the screen doors so that they were much better aligned in the door frames (i.e., no gap to let in bugs), which had been a problem for us for years. He figured out there was a broken wheel on the bottom of one of the doors so he removed one from the top of the door to compensate, without any noticeable loss. The doors slide much more smoothly now. His quote was right on, and less than a competitor that I had called the same day. I'm sure it would have cost me less had I taken the screens myself to a shop, but hauling 2 doors is tricky business without a pickup truck (and I wouldn't have had the alignment problem fixed). He was very friendly and helpful.

They come out using a mobile truck to perform service. There is nothing worse than having to take your screens somewhere to have them repaired. I liked that they rescreened on site and gave good suggestions on how to make a pet door. They also rescreened my patio door so that it is dog proof. They did quality work and I was very satisfied.

They did a great job. They came when they said they would and were very professional and efficient. I would recommend them to others.

Tony came to my house earlier for his appointment, since I am in a phone meeting, he agreed to come back after 1:30 in the afternoon. Tony eventually came around 2:30. Tony makes each frame on his truck and finishes the job in about one and a half hour including removing and putting back a few screws the previous owner put in to fix a broken window. He prices each screen at about $48 including installations. Overall, I am very stratified with his clear communication, price and speed with which to complete the work and will call him again in the future.

Amazing! He was very nice on the phone when I called and was willing to accomodate our schedule and book us for an appointment at 8:00 am on a Saturday morning. He showed up at 7:45 am, which I thought was great, and was done in one hour. He was friendly, he worked quickly, and he didn't seem to mind our toddler, messy house, and "friendly" dog. He even gave us a discount! The screens look great and make our whole house look better. All in all a great experience. My only regret was that I didn't call him and get this done earlier.

Tony looked at the screen and a damaged hinge. He also repaired the hinge at no charge and also swapped places with another hinge to put less stress on the repaired part. That was good because otherwise, we really should have bought a new hinge. He provided a choice of screens and we chose the pet resistant screen for a small amount of money extra. Looks perfect.

THE MANAGER, TONY, WAS ABLE TO ACCOMODATE MY TIME AND ARRIVED PROMPTLY. HE GAVE ME A QUOTE WHICH I ACCEPTED WITHOUT FINDING OTHERS. HE DID THE WORK QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY AND PICKED UP SOME MATERIALS AT NO CHARGE TO US FOR HIS TIME (JUST FOR THE MATERIAL) TO PLACE AT THE BOTTOM OF THE SCREEN TO PREVENT THE DOGS FROM BREAKING THROUGH. HE WOULD HAVE DONE THE WORK, BUT WE DECIDED TO DO IT OURSELVES, WHICH WAS FINE WITH HIM, AS WELL. HE WAS COURTEOUS AND FRIENDLY.
