PKS Interiors

Paiman was very punctional and professional on several visits to my home.  The quality of the window shades is excellent, and we are very pleased with the end result.  We have some unusual windows that are difficult to fit, and we did have a misunderstanding about sizing on some of them, which is the reason for "B" under quality.  The first set of shades that arrived for our living room bay window seemed too narrow to us, compromising the privacy in our living room.  Paiman spent many hours discussing the problem with Hunter Douglas, and they agreed to let us redo the order, paying only the cost difference for the slightly larger shades.  I was pleased that the problem was remedied by PKS, and they remained pleasant to work with through the process.  We placed a second order for more shades with PKS later in the year.

Went really well.

Whole experience was straightforward. Asked for an in-home consult and looked at a few rooms and discussed our needs. The owner (Paiman) remembered our home and the details and was quite helpful. Make sure you speak directly to Paiman and not the receptionist.
When we made our initial selections, the price wasn't exactly what we wanted. Paiman suggests alternatives to work with our budget. The whole process felt very straightforward, not negotiating with a salesperson.
We're working with him now on some more sophisticated bathroom renovations.
Only one very minor issue. The flooring contractors in the end said we didn't need the quarter-round that was ordered because they couldn't be aligned straight on our recycled brick hearth. Easy to miss in a project.
