We order windows form Pella, we love the product, we think that the products expensive but maybe worth it we don't know yet. We had our contractor install and he did great job doing this. Overall it's good and we happy.

Salesperson comes to home to measure very professional and nice. Low pressure.
Installer had to reschedule once, then came with a kid to install door. Lots of smoking breaks and took 1full day plus a few hours to install. Left doors with rubber sealant coming out at windows and the screw spots for windows look horrible too. Also left three dents in the door, had no touch up material and had to reschedule again.
They have special guy coming out just for touch ups! He could not understand why I would possibly be unhappy with my "premium door". Apparently they always look like this.

It was wonderful. It was pretty expensive but it was well worth because they did such a nice job. They were punctual. They did what they said they were going to do. They did quality work and they left a really nice finished product.

It took four times to get the door correct and the casing never did match the door. We finally just restained them ourselves/

The sales person was prompt and efficient. They have great financing. The window selections are very good. They were very clean, professional and prompt.

They damaged the security alarm wiring in a window during installation. I had to pay for the security company to come out twice. The Pella company eventually paid for the damages, but it took some time and several phone calls to get them to do so. All in all, the work was done well, but it was frustrating to deal with the window issue.

The guys they used to have the windows put in were really good. They subcontracted the work out - CadCo (Scot Manifold). He was truly outstanding work. We're definitely planning on using him in the future.

Pella specified by contract that installation of the 3 windows would commence on February 10, 2006 and be completed by February 17, 2006. Product delivery & installation began within a day or two of February 10, but after their successive use of 3 different sub-contractors, damage to my home, and a host of other problems, Pella finally completed the installation on August 9, 2006- almost 7 months later!
