Title Companies
They worked well and kind of professionally. They walk you through things and didn't mind if you asked them questions on what might exist on the contract. The only thing I could think negatively of is when they made a mistake with the escrow payment such that we had to run around at the last minute and give an extra payment. Their price was fine and they were very responsive.
