Jeff is great!! He was punctual, friendly and was able to tell me exactly what was wrong in lay-person's language, which was so refreshing! He did only work that was necessary, even telling me what to wait on and what to look out for in the future. I felt that I was taken care of.
He determined that when the shower was renovated by the previous owner that it was not connected to the sewer correctly, connecting into my neighbor's condo, thus it continues to back up sewer into my shower. I have had multiple plumbers look at my shower in the past and  no other plumber was able to give me this information.
