Clutterboy

Tom Anderson aka "Clutterboy" helped me for a total 4.5 hours on Sat. & Sun. morning to organize and de-clutter my two-car garage and backyard storage shed. Tom also hauled away books, Goodwill donations, recycling and motor oil.  He has great energy and helped me to make decisions I had been putting off for years on what to keep or not to keep. He gives you suggestions about your stuff but he's totally OK with your final decision.  He works quickly and thoroughly.  He helped with thinking through the layout of the storage space in the garage and shed. At times he assigned a task for me to focus on like sorting the contents one box or bag at a time of "catch-all" clutter. It was suprising how much could get done in 15 minutes. I can now walk through my garage and shed and find what I need  --this has eliminated a great deal of stress for me. Tom also gave me tips for "maintenance" so I can keep everything in its place.

This approach worked for me and it was worth the cost. I've tried numerous times to start this project.  I'd make some progress but always felt overwhelmed after working on it and within a week it would fall apart again. I'm happy that Tom encouraged me to recycle, donate items and pointed out reason why it was best not to keep them. Items that could not be recycled or donated were thrown in the trash.

With is great sense of humor and strong work ethic Tom was great moral support for clearing up both the physical and mental cobwebs when it came to my "stuff"!

Overall, they did good work, but I did have some scheduling issues with them.

Tom came by to give an estimate and told me how the process would work. He and his foreman Angel came back a little more than a week later to do the job. Essentially, they pulled everything out, asked what I wanted to keep vs. what should go b'bye, and hauled away the latter. Tom came and went a few times during the day with reports on what he did with stuff and receipts from Goodwill. Originally Tom thought my garage would be a half day affair. It took a little longer than that (5.5 hours). My Garage is now quite clean and tidy. I am very happy to be rid of the junk.

I found them on Angies list. A hit and run driver ran into my fence leaving a lot of debris. I needed them to take care of the debris from the fence. They came out the day I called and picked up everything and hauled it away. It took them about thirty minutes. They were propmt, thorough and friendly. They even swept up after themselves and made sure that they cleaned everything. I am very pleased with them.

They arrived punctually and worked quickly and efficiently.

Worked very fast and clearly knows what he is doing! His main line of business is organization--he had been referred to us by a friend who used him to help reorganize as part of a move. We'll be using him again to help organize the monster of our garage!
