They are very fast in getting back with the analysis of the problem.  I feel confident that they're giving me good information.  I've had them recover data a couple of times.  Also, I've had them increase capacity on the computer.  Now, I'm having them replace the keyboard on the laptop.  I'm very comfortable with their work standard and their competency in doing the work.

As you state, the technician did try to reach you but the number was no longer valid. After a phone discussion with the technician, I brought my scanner in for a diagnostic evaluation. I was told by someone else there that I would receive a call at the end of the day about its problem. At 5pm the next day I called to find out what was going on. The technician described the problem and we decided he would check the warranty status and repair possibilities. Frankly, the preliminary diagnosis sounded a little sketchy but I was willing to go with it for the time being. One day after he said he would call, he called to give me an update. Regrettably the repair was beyond the capability of the technician/store. He did not charge the diagnostic fee, and for that I am grateful.

This is THE place to go with computer problems. They can fix almost anything. I mailed them my corrupted hard drive because I could not find anyone in my area who thought it wasn't a lost cause. Within a week all my data had been recovered. They also have successfully kept running my sister's geriatric laptops.
