We had decided to downsize and when Carol talked to us we were like deer in the headlights. She kept us on task for a month and walked us through everything. We didn't realize our home would sell so fast. It sold in one week for a price we didn't expect. She worked through all the issues with Stanford University financing. In the meantime she was helping us find a new house. She found someone to stage the house, to fix the roof, to do the things we needed to do to get the best price for our house.
