+ -1 moreContractor overal did an excellent job...demolition of the kitchen and bathroom went according to plan and all clean up on a daily end of work day was done keeping the interior neat and tools keep stored in garage out of the way of owner. Work started around 7 a.m. and end at 3 p.m. each day (Monday through Friday) and clean up done in such a manner each day that you wouldn't know that the contractor had been there. Owner of the company was always on site to inspect the work being done in addition to doing a lot of the major construction himself.
Description of Work: Complete remodel of 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom single level home built in 1956. Painted entire interior of home, remodeling consisted of demolition of kitchen and bathroom and updated bathroom and kitchen. Installed various new appliances: dishwasher, new garbage disposal, cooktop overhead. Installed new flooring in kitchen & bathroom, refinished hardwood flooring, New fencing all around and added backyard gate giving separate private backyard enclosure. Removed loft from garage, installed new furnance and water heater. Added little touches like sconces, installed new smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detector. Had a number of subcontractors referred by the contractor to do installs of electrical outlets, lighting, new irrigation controller, sprinkler system, new lawn front and back...all work was done on time and as promised. Owner of the constructio company always on site to inspect work and even performed a gerat deal of the work himself.
