Carpet Installation
WE WERE ABLE TO SPEND AS MUCH TIME AS WE WANTED LOOKING AT SAMPLES, AND WERE ABLE TO TAKE HOME MULTIPLE 2X3 SWATCHES TO TRY IN OUR ROOM BEFORE CHOOSING ONE. THE SALES PERSON WAS POLITE AND HELPFUL. HE TOOK US THROUGH THE STORE INTO A BACK ROOM TO SHOW US CARPETS THAT WERE NOT AVAILABLE UP FRONT THAT HE THOUGHT WE MIGHT LIKE. HE ALSO SUGGESTED A STAIN PROOFING PROCESS THAT HAS PROVEN INVALUABLE, AS WE HAVE CATS THAT LIVE IN THE FAMILY ROOM.THE CARPET AFTER WE ORDERED IT, ARRIVED ON TIME AND WAS PERFECT.
