They have excellent service. Their prices are average but their attention to detail, professionalism is outstanding. They come to the house, look everything over, and tell you what needs to be repaired before they put the house on the market. They screen all of the applicants. They do all of the checks. They have gotten two tenants for us and we have had no problems with the tenants they got for us. They do an evaluation of what the rates are in the area. They really are experts in their line of work. They take 8% of the annual income. The way they handle everything is just above and beyond.
