THEY CAME OUT 2 OR 3 TIMES TO RETREAT THE WATER STAINED AREA WITHOUT CHARGING ME EXTRA UNTIL THE STAIN WAS GONE. THE CARPETS LOOKED MUCH BETTER WHEN THEY WERE DONE.

THIS CARPET CLEANER IS GREAT. HE CAME BACK AND RECLEANED AND RETREATED WHEN WE THOUGHT THE PET ODOR WAS NOT COMPLETELY GONE. HE'S RELIABLE AND BELIEVE IT OR NOT GIVES HIS HONEST OPINION ON WHAT HE THINKS HE CAN DO AND NOT DO.
