"[Member Name Removed], I appologize if the gate was not completely shut or left ajar as you state. I will make sure in the future to triple check that all of my customers gates are shut and latched properly. As dog owners ourselves I would hate to have any of our customers lose an animal and always try to make sure we keep them in their yards. When you sent your email reply June 25th at 6:31 pm for the invoice I sent, you never mentioned this. The only thing you had mentioned is that you felt the cost for the work we did in a timely & efficient manner was a bit high and asked me if I'd really like a review on Yelp. I appologize if you felt it should have taken us longer, and I did call you on Friday morning leaving a voice message for you to call me directly on my cell phone, but never heard back. As far as I knew that was your only complaint. These are your exact words in the email reply you sent: "Thank you Greg. I appologize for my inattention when you were leaving. I was blown away that you did everything so quickly! I had just dialed the phone when you announced you were finished, and was conflicted as I didn't want to be rude to you or the person I was contacting, so inadvertently ended up being rude to you both I would be delighted to write a Yelp review, but want to tell you that I felt your prices were high. The service was excellent, and I love the screens, as well as your punctuality, but will mention that the relatively high cost for time and materials was unexpected. So its your call if you want me to write a review. I was in business for myself for 14 years, so I understand overhead, labor, etc., but $555for an hour and change is steep." We used Screenmobile to replace/rescreen 7 window screens. Greg returned my email within 24 hours and gave us an estimate and approximate date he could do the work. All initial communication was done over email and as the appointment got closer Greg verified everything with a phone call. In his emails Greg was upfront that his next available appointment was not for 3 to 4 weeks and he would completely understand if we went with someone else. He explained because he was the owner/operator and he had a large area to cover his calendar fills quickly. On the day he was to do the work Greg was on time and surveyed the work to be done. Once the survey was done he completed the job in about 1 hour. Over all we are very happy, the quality of the screens are much better than what we got from the local hardware store.
Greg arrived when he said he would, reviewed clearly the installation and options with me and returned two weeks later to install the screens. He arrived on time and completed the job as promised. There was absolutely clean up after he completed the work. The job could no have gone better. I highly recommend this business.
