Phillip Knox came highly recommended from a friend who hired him to build a custom mantel for my new home as a house warming gift. He was very punctual, actually arriving 2 minutes early for the job, and was extremely helpful. He walked me through the options for material and style and made suggestions. After the measurements were taken he left to build the piece and returned that afternoon to install the mantel. The whole way through the process I felt very comfortable having him in my home, he was clean and careful and respectful of my home, and my pets thoroughly enjoyed his company. The price was exactly what he quoted and the work was done right on time. I am very pleased with the result, the mantel looks beautiful and the experience of working with him went so well that I will be hiring him again to do more work on my home.
