The job was done perfectly, on time, great results. Windows never looked better.

Wow! Dave and Troy are old-school professionals: meticulous, detail-oriented, hard-working and dedicated to excellence. They made suggestions about windows that need replacement down the line (the patio door pane and small frosted windows in the bathrooms upstairs and found a hole in one of the sun screens that needs immediate attention; declining to power-wash the front yard cement as in their opinion it would not be effective). They are both personable, friendly and easy-going. Dave showed me how I can maintain the clean windows and explained his process so I can attempt to replicate between cleanings. They stayed well over 3 hours and worked extremely hard. So happy to have found this business on Angie's List and happy to support our local businesses whose commitment to excellence is exemplary. I have used other window cleaning professionals in the past who are fine, but Dave and Troy are far superior. They are a great team--highly reccomend.

Dave and Troy are awesome!  They are meticulous in their attention to detail and every window came out perfect.  (Perfect Pane is an appropriate name for their company.)  In addition to their high level of work, they are friendly, knowledgeable and use environmentally friendly products.  I will use them again and again and highly recommend their services.

Very easy and very happy with the results! Called them in the morning and made an appointment for an estimate. They came out and gave us the best estimate we had gotten and then washed the windows right after. They were also very knowledgable which made us feel that we made the right choice. We are happy with the results and will definitely use them in the future!

I received a prompt return to my phone call and the service was scheduled within a few days of the call. Troy was prompt, and was careful to wear booties on his shoes inside my home. He washed all of the inside windows, carefully covering furniture with towels, then went outside to do to exterior and the screens. His last 20 minutes or so were inside the house, putting everything back and double-checking his work carefully. His price of $90 seemed very fair for my home. I was pleased to hear that he now does power-washing of eaves and awnings and also does Christmas lights! I find him to be a total professional and will make use of his additional offerings as well.

When I called for an estimate, Troy made arrangements within a few days to come by. He was prompt, professional and gave a bid within the range of several other estimates. We arranged for a date for the work to be done. He came on time, wore booties over his shoes while inside the house, completed the work thoroughly and quickly and charged me the exact amount quoted. He also checked back a few days later to be sure I was satisfied with the job. I will use him again, and I have already recommended him to several friends.

They did what was promised; everything went well.
