I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE PERCENTAGE RATE. MY LOAN OFFICER FORGOT TO LOCK IN THE DEAL. I LOST ABOUT $30,000. SHE WAS PROFESSIONAL BUT SHE COST ME A LOT OF MONEY BY NOT DOING WHAT I WANTED.
