Staff was super professional, great clean up afterwards and really friendly. Will highly recommend and plam to use again for other projects. They do all types of home projects and remodels.

Greg and his crew were great to work with.  They cleaned up every night before going home which was appreciated.  He did everything that I asked him to do and had great design touches and ideas that were all incorporated into the job.  I used Marble and it came out so beautiful.  Greg truly has major skills in the tile patterns, etc.  I could not be happier with the outcome.  I would highly recommend Greg and his crew.

2 gentlemen showed up when I was told they would - and one replaced the toilet while the other replaecd the garbage disposal - they removed the old items - cleaned up behind themselves and although the garbage disposal was very hard to remove - Greg got it out and the new one installed - he also looked at some other jobs in my home so I can have those items fixed also.
Dealing with his office was pleasant and I knew what the job would cost me before they showed up so there were no surprises or add ons which was very nice.  
I will definately use them for the jobs I dont have to use my association plumber for.

We had been burned in the past by a construction company and had become leary and untrusting. Greg (Johnson Plumbing and Remodeling) and his assistant debunked our previous views. They were punctual, polite, quiet and extremely clean. They put heavy paper down every place they walked. They swept and vacuumed every day. Greg, as the professional, was very helpful with design and layout. He was very open to my suggestions but would explain my alternatives. His recommendations were right-on.

Greg and his assistant are craftsman who take great pride in their work. There were no short cuts. Greg showed us the water damage we endured and explained the reason behind his decisions to replace structures verses repair. He treats your job as though he's working on his own home. The outcome is absolutely beautiful!!!! We are so pleased. Greg has restored our faith in contractors.

The estimate was fair and they were easy to schedule an appointment with.

Punctual and very professional.  Clog did not clear completely so a return trip was needed.  Second Service trip rendered solution and cleared drain.  Had to wait 48 hours for return trip.  Overall, the service was professional and I was not charged for the second trip to unclog the Kitchen sink.

Greg the contractor was always on time and always left the space cleaned up.  He was honest and very involved in helping us make decisions.

Greg showed up on-time, fixed the problem very quickly, and did not charge because he did not have to replace the valve and repair was done quickly.

We hired Johnson to do extensive plumbing work on a house we bought. We were very pleased with the results. They worked quickly. The workers were very friendly and polite. We would highly recommend them.
Incidentally, another plumber we consulted had recommend replacing our water heater, but Greg said it wasn't necessary. We kept the old water heater and it is working fine.

The owner came out in the morning to check out the situation and gave me a quote for the work. The quote was quite a bit lower than other over the phone quotes we received. I used him before so that is why I called him again.  The price was right and he came in the same day.

They did exactly what I had hired them to do. I would recommend them to somebody if they were looking for a plumber.

It was fine, in fact, they told me it was going to take 5 days and it was completed in four.

Joe was very professional throughout the entire process.  He was the 5th plumber to write an estimate for us and he gave us the best price.  He was informative and educated us on what type of plumbing he was going to use and how he was going to do it.  The project was completed in a timely manner and everything works great.  I will definitely be using him for future remodeling jobs.

Proposal included extra charges for the following services.

1. $300 for installing feed pipe to backyard hose bibb through wall.

Very friendly and knowledgeable but overpriced.  I would have went with the company but there were about double the price of everyone else.

Every step from start to finish was performed with care and concern for my household and property. Every possible care to keep the area under construction clean,  was addressed and my floors and carpet remained free of dirt and grime as tarps were positioned from entry door to construction area. I am so delighted to find a conscientious, professional company that can met all my plumbing concerns with a standard of great business ethics and moral standards.

He was really experienced. He knew what he was doing. He was expensive. He knew what to be done and what needed to be done. I thought it was a frozen line. Overall; I think they were excellent. Price; they were pretty expensive, $200 for an icemaker is little too much. Quality; had good quality, he knew what he was doing. He brought the correct part, but he did not bring exactly the right part. He brought another part; parts were then inter-changed and fixed. Reponsiveness; he was pretty good, he came on time, he did the work well. He was professional. I would try to find somebody who is cheaper. $200 for an icemaker is a little bit high.

He's done work for me for several years. He does my routine plumbing and he has done some remodeling. He is very good at general plumbing. I have an older home and I needed a washbasin replaced that was not a standard size. His people found one that fit. I would recommend him for routine plumbing but I would probably not recommend him for remodeling because I had some problems with that. They are very quick.

Initially, a tank less water heater was to be installed. Other plumbers were consulted for estimates on installing tank less water heaters, which ranged between $1600 and $2700. Joe Johnson himself came to the property to provide an estimate for installing a tank less water heater. Joe explained some of the issues with tank less water heaters, and stated that installing a tank less water heater would be inappropriate and not economical for the property. Joe's statements were confirmed in further research on tank less water heaters, in particular, the gas flow rate requirements for tank less water heaters. The decision was made to install a conventional water heater instead, given the advice from Joe. Joe Johnson plumbing was then employed to install the conventional water heater, which is of a very high quality. Joe's honesty was very much appreciated, as it most likely would have been a very costly mistake to install a tank less water heater at the property.

The work was highly professional and the workers were were friendly and completely informative about all aspects of the job. They went out of their way to answer questions and accommodate our needs. They came as scheduled and did the job on time. He did an excellent job in all respects. The office staff were also excellent. I can't remember ever having such a big job done with so little hassle.

I DON'T LIKE MOST PLUMBERS. I IMMEDIATELY FELT TRUST IN THE OWNER WHO GAVE ME A FREE BID. HIS OFFICE LADY WAS SO PLEASANT AND HELPFUL. WORKERS ON TIME AND KNEW THEIR JOB. PATCH JOB ON HOLES IN CEILING NEAT AND WILL SUFFICE, UNTIL I PAINT AGAIN. ALL AROUND GOOD EXPERIENCE. RECOMMEND.
