THIS IS A LONG TIME COMPANY. THEY SEND DARLING POSTCARDS FROM TIME TO TIME TO REMIND US THAT WE MIGHT NEED SOME WORK. I LIKE THE POSTCARDS. THEY DO NOT FOLLOW UP ON THE TELEPHONE, BUT I ALWAYS USE THEM BECAUSE I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH THEM. THEIR WORK IS EXCELLENT. THE SPOTS ARE GONE. EVERY PIECE OF FURNITURE IS BRIGHTENED UP. THEY ARE RELIABLE IN BEING PROMPT AND EFFICIENT.
