THE EXPERIENCE WAS FINE. THEY WERE POLITE AND FRIENDLY WHILE IN OUR HOME. THEY ANSWERED ANY QUESTIONS THAT WERE ASKED. THEY CLEANED UP THE MESS THAT WAS MADE WHILE SERVICING THE SYSTEM.
