.Andrew called ahead to let me know when he would arrive and it was within the time frame given to me the week before. I showed him the areas to be done and quickly gave me my estimate. I agreed to the cost and he quickly got started. The carpets came out clean and looked like new again, they are 6 yrs old. I had an issue with the stairs still being damp after the 8 hrs I was told they would be dry, so I called the office the next day and talked to Brian and he explained that if the stairs were excessively dirty more water needed to be used and the drying time would be 24 hrs., and no harm would be done to the carpet or pads underneath. He said they guarantee their work and if I wasn't satisfied they would come out to fix. Andrew was professional and took the time to answer any questions I asked. I would use this company again.

My mother had passed away the day before. Most of the furniture in our family room was moved elsewhere to make room for her hospital bed, so once the bed was gone, my father decided it was the perfect time to get the carpets and the upholstery cleaned before we brought it back into the room. So, I called Sierra Carpet Care and they were able to come out that very day! He arrived on time. I walked him through the house describing what I needed done. He worked up an estimate for both with and without pretreating. He got started and did a fantastic job! The carpet looks almost new, and the chairs and couch, look the way they did when my parent's brought them home!

We have had a good experience with. We have used them for a number of years and they usually see send the same person.

The person that worked on the carpet was very good and tried very hard. I am not happy with their advertisment and hidden costs that was added. For example, they asked for additional $50 to put protection on the carpet. They indicated (after coming home) that the steam cleaning will strip the stain protection and they highly recommend that I do that. The coupon that stated $63.95 for two rooms and a hallway, ended up being $98.95 (added for the stairs) plus $50 for stain protection for a grand total of $148.95.

THEY ALWAYS DO AN EXCELLENT JOB ON OUR CARPET. THEY MAKE SURE TO PRE-TREAT ALL OF THE STAINS WELL. THEY ALSO CALL BACK THE NEXT DAY TO MAKE SURE NONE OF THE STAINS CAME BACK.

I JUST DON'T THINK THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. I HAVE HAD OTHER CARPET CLEANERS OUT HERE THAT HAVE DONE A MUCH BETTER JOB. THEY TRY TO TALK YOU INTO OTHER THINGS TOO. I AM NOT INTO THAT.

I WAS IMPRESSED WITH HIS KNOWLEDGE OF CARPET CLEANING. I WAS SURPRISED TO FIND OUT THAT HE CAME ALL THE WAY FROM LOOMIS. HE DID A GREAT JOB AND I WILL DEFINTELY CALL ON HIM AGAIN.
