The workmen did not come when they said they would. The company submitted a permit for the work, but when it was denied, they did not follow up. Later, I got a call from the city inspector and I had to take pictures and miss work for an inspector to come. They did not tell me the inspector would also be looking for smoke detectors. Once the work was completed they just dropped the ball completely. They also left a mess.

THEY CAME OUT RIGHT AWAY AND WERE DONE THE SAME DAY. I WAS REALLY HAPPY WITH THE WORK THEY DID. THEY CLEANED EVERYTHING UP VERY WELL. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL.
