"Worst customer service I have seen from a company. Good service at seeing you up but even getting someone out for our first service took a month and countless calls. Just had our follow up service took several weeks and calls to the call center to schedule with no response. Only got someone out by texting the rep that came out last service. Then on the follow up spray the only sprayed 1/4 of the committed area and haven’t been able to get someone to come back out. The call center appears to not communicate to the service department and only takes the call to move on to the next call. They commit to schedules to get up of the phone resulting in another call days later after a no show."

There are two main times of the year to spread mulch—mid-spring and late fall. Spring mulching protects new seedlings as the soil warms up and the rainy season begins. Fall mulching insulates the soil and regulates its temperature as the first frosts arrive.

Top up your gravel driveway whenever water starts to pool in areas. This is bound to happen over time. You can be proactive and top up your driveway at the start of the warm season, and then check on it throughout the summer, particularly after heavy rainfall. Every few years, you should consider installing a new, clean layer of gravel—and that’s a good opportunity to install a layer of landscaping fabric before doing so.

Weeds can grow through rubber mulch, but it depends on if you removed all the weeds in your garden beforehand. Weeds already in the soil can grow even when using rubber mulch.
