When I hired new gardeners they not only pulled all the weeds (and continue to do so every week). They identified immediate problems with sprinkler coverage and offered solutions at a low cost.
I can not stress enough that this is an UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY. Expect them to show up on the wrong days, ignore what you've stated up front (pulling weeds) and just do a hack job. I am only sorry I didn't fire Scott sooner and find someone else. Then maybe I would still have living grass and have saved myself a lot of money :-\
