They were excellent. It has gone on  over a period of a couple of weeks. They did a lot of extras in there that they did not have to do. I would use them again. They were trust worthy and knowledgeable. I could not ask for anything better they were great.

They did a great job. Price was great and they were very efficient.

JlS was recommended to me by a neighbor. They had performed a water intrusion test for them and done the repairs needed on their house. I called and was told it would be $55.00 per hour and $50. for the report to do a water intrusion test. The technicians showed up on time. They had us sign the form giving them permission to put a mechanic's lien on the property if payment wasn't recieved before beginning the job. There was no work order or verification paperwork of the agreed upon price, just the mechanic's lien paperwork.
The technicians ( they sent 2) got to work. I explained to them the history of the leak, what I had done in the past and They used a hose and sprayed water on the wall in small sections outside while the technician inside watched for water leakage and used a moisture detector to verify that water was leaking into the wall and out the frame of the doorway and window. This process took them 3.5 hours. They were very pleasant to work with. They cleaned up any water that leaked in immediately  and took great care not to leave a mess. They also took some pictures which were included in the final report.
Based upon the verbal estimate, I was expecting a bill for $242.50.
They returned the proposal for repair and report on the leaks within a few days. The proposal seemed very high.
I also received an invoice for the work that was done. It was for $624.00. They charged me $48.00 per hour per technician plus they had the technicians time as 6 hours. I sent an email asking them to check their records and explained what I had been told would be the charge.
I received a call from them and was told that I had misunderstood the rate that was going to be charged that he rate is always per technician. I disagreed. We came to an agreement of $336.00, which was still more that what I was quoted. I told them I was not going to accept their proposal for repair because I wasn't going to take a chance that they wouldn't stick to what was quoted. I was disappointed after they had been so highly recommended to me.

They are a little expensive, but they do an amazing job. They clean up well after themselves.
