"Absolutely floored to get this review. The project was extensive as the house was on a steep lot in El Dorado Hills, and the existing rotted deck encompassed the entire front of your house, as well as a massive triple set of stairs/decks for your entry. The addendum was for the painting of the entire house, and all of the dry rot work of the sides and back of your house that was added to the contract. It has been seven months since we finished the job and transformed your house. Since we have not heard from you, in case you misplaced my number, here it is so that we may address any issues you have. Mark (916)764-6930."
"Tile/grout settling on a raised foundation is normal. We would be happy to come out and touch up any grout if we knew anything about it. We tried contacting you today 12/7, as this review from all 5 stars going down to 0.5 is the first time we have heard about it. We will continue to attempt to contact and resolve this issue. - Mark (916)764-6930."
