Hello, My name is Cindy Soldano. I started my career out as an interior designer where I managed a designer showroom in San Francisco. If you are looking to refresh a room, stage a home to sell or design a special room in your home, then I am exactly the talent that you are looking for. Bridging their creative talents, Cindy & her husband an electrical contractor & builder, delved into the property investing where they developed and flipped over 20 homes. In 2018 they launched their first short term rental (AirBnB's on their 9+ lush acres of rolling hills located in the Sierra Foothills east of Sacramento on the way Cindy's native stomping ground of Lake Tahoe. They quickly achieved "Super Host" Status and are soon to launch their next short term rental. Understanding that every client is unique, Cindy strives to spend a day in your life with you to unfold your personal aesthetic, design style, and functional/lifestyle needs.
