Installation and Sales was awesome. The price was great, however if you want any after the sale support they will basically not even aknowledge you were their customer and continuously direct you to deal with the monitoring company. They initially use to sell ADT monitoring and now sell monitronics. We were promised by the installer that if we ever need help with anything, we could give them a call but when we actually needed that help they wouldn't let me talk to any of their installers. I asked to talk to the owner, but they refused to do so. Its like I was a no-body to them since they sold me whatever they could. Believe it or not, I actually ended up calling my electrical guy who gave me the mobile phone number of the owner of a competitor of theirs (Liberty Bell Security). He walked me through how to reprogram my GE alarm without any cost or strings attached. I will always go to Liberty Bell for my alarm needs. Stay away from Direct Security!

I THOUGHT THIS COMPANY WAS FAIR. THEY SERVED THEIR PURPOSE. I THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS TOO MUCH FOR THE INSTALLATION. I THOUGHT THE PEOPLE THAT DID THE WORK WERE GOOD.

THEY WERE NICE PEOPLE AND CAME AS SOON AS THEY COULD. THEY MADE SURE TO DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME AND WERE IN AND OUT QUICKLY. THEY INSTALLED IT FOR FREE, AS LONG AS I AGREED TO SIGN A TWO YEAR CONTRACT.

Initially we were impressed with Direct Security because the sales representative seemed knowledgeable and the price was right (as described previously). However, during installation and afterwards we encountered many problems and promises that were made, but not kept.
