In the state of California Dave Cearlock helped me  with the government first time buyers program at the time and helped me get 2500 towards the down payment! This guy rocks, he went all the way to get the best price on the house and saved me 2500 from asking price. He was a pleasure to work with, he listened and made professional suggestions that were in our benefit during the contract signing.

Later in life things got tough and had to move due to lack of work. The wife and I packed up and went to Washington State.

I had tried a few realtors here in Washington State with no avail. They did not really listen to what we wanted in a property. We were brought to houses and property- ugly crap in areas that were undesirable in the Seattle area.
Due to all the frustration and waist of time driving around and looking at properties my wife and I were banging heads. At dinner one night I remembered that Dave Cearlock was my realtor in California (Duh, how stupid for not using resources at my fingertips). I gave him a call and told him our dilemma. The next day I got a call from a realtor Dave recommended in the Port Orchard area, where we desired to look at property. Presto! We found a home that day, the fourth property we looked at!

We chose Dave as our realtor when we moved to Sacramento based on nothing more than a gut feel during all the real estate agents we interviewed.  Our instincts proved right. !!

Dave proved repeatedly he had only our best interests at heart.  We were not easy customers, very picky.

We in fact took almost a full year to find a home we were happy with and not once did Dave try to hurry us up.  He rearranged schedules to go look at houses with us at a drop of the hat (middle of the buying craze in 2005) knowing properties were being bought up as soon as they hit the market.

Dave made sure any concerns on any property were addressed completely, including getting a key for us to just hang out at the house for a few hours to get a feel of the neighborhood traffic and do a lengthy testing of the central air in the middle of summer.

A good thing considering the system was shot, despite what the sellers agent stated.  Dave helped us negotiate the price of a replacement unit off on top of the reduced price he had already secured for us

Dave helped us negotiate a superstar deal and went above and beyond his realtor obligations. 

Dave helped us locate contractors we needed and even surprised us by painting our garage before we moved in.  We were able to put things in the garage, with a now nicely finished look, and not have to think about moving things out again to paint the bare drywall.  Wow what a nice extra that was !!!

I highly recommend Dave to anyone who wants to find their dream home for the best price!!

Dave took over for another realtor that did not time for us. Dave helped us secure a bank owned home and kept us informed on every step reassuring us of the processes before during and after. Dave was honest and dependable.

David helped us sell our home in approximately 8 weeks. He did a great job for us and we would use him again.

Had to move to Sacramento area to follow work.  A freiend recommended Dave Cearlock.  I had to rent for a while, and surveyed area for a place to live.  Dave offered excellent advice, pitfalls, pluses of various housing opportunities, to fit my budget.  Once financing was arranged, we looked at 10 to 12 properties, made an offer, and have been enjoying the home we bid on since. At the sigining, we asked how soon can we begin moving in?  They replied, Tomorrow!  Dave's patience, and ethical conduct are a pleasant change from others in this industry.  Dave's a keeper.

David is very good at what he does. He will take time to explain the process and time frames involved in the transaction. He helped the other agent on the buyers side with some questions they were not sure of. He was very responsive and did things in a timely manner. Very good negotiator and fair for all of us involved. He is very easy to reach as he will answer his phone when you call him. He is up to date with the changing market and will advise you with a comparable value of your home or if buying the same applies to be sure you are paying a fair price for your new home.
