There were no concerns or problems.

We initially thought we wanted to replace our 30+ year old tile roof with another tile roof.  Robert gave us a competitive bid among the 4 bids we got.  We were encouraged by a contractor friend to strongly consider using composition as it's cheaper and maintenance free.  We contacted Robert and one other of the 4 companies and asked them to re-bid the job using composition materials (specifically we looked at Grand Sequoia and Grand Canyon - both GAF products).  Robert happily complied and his bid came in the lowest.  Robert and his crew did a great job - they found and repaired some dry rot we didn't know we had and the price was very reasonable for the additional work (less than we expected).  They also touched up the painting where necessary and did some stucco patch to smooth out a transition from the lower porch roof to the front wall (there was a gap left by the old barrel tiles).  We really appreciated the fact that Robert was patient with us as we asked a LOT of questions, lots of emails back and forth helping us sort out all the details and decisions.   The job took 3 1/2 days and they did a great job of cleaning up and removing all the debris.   We're vary happy with the work and highly recommend Robert and his crew.
