All Pets Boarding Resort

Chelsea is approx. thirty pounds+/-. Theoretically due to her weight, (on the fence) considered a large dog, but because of her age and fragile health, All Pets Boarding allowed her to to stay on the small dog side. Thank God. She doesn't like big dogs, because when she was a puppy, prior to me rescuing her, she was beat up alot by larger dogs than herself. Chelsea enjoys smaller dogs, because she doesn't feel threatened by them. All Pets Boarding sympathized with her history, her current health condition and fragile state. During the process of checking her in, I watched her body language. I could tell she was relaxed, she wasn't shaking from fear and she warmed up to the staff preparing her for her stay. A BIG releaf for my eyes to witness. When the staff member began to lead her away, Chelsea never looked back at me. That is the very first time she didn't turn her head back at me. She use to look at me as to say, why are you leaving and abandoning me. What a relief!! Chelsea hadn't been boarded in over four years. Chelsea also had to be given medication and her meals served with a little extra twist. I returned from my trip and I was very anxious to see how she did. She was very happy to see me and appeared to be very relaxed. From past boarding experience, when picking Chelsea up she was depressed looking, walked with her head down and was with drawn for several days when she returned home. Not this time! When we arrived home, she was a happy old girl and behaved as if she was never boarded. I have always relied upon her body language. Her body language is like a moving picture, that can speak a thousand words. The staff said,she did great and enjoyed all the smaller dogs. Chelsea returned to All Pets Boarding in July and stayed only a couple of days. She had the same body language, relaxed. Again did great. This time I think she felt like she was on her own little vacation. I couldn't say enough great things about All Pets Boarding. They have a very carrying staff. They are professional, but also very down to earth and personable.

Our dog has stayed here several times when we've been traveling. They are wonderful and he's always happy when we pick him up. The staff is wonderful and you can tell that they really care about the animals. The facility is great and the dogs have lots of space and time to play.

The facility is very elaborate. The staff is very nice. They put a bark collar on my dogs. My dog has not barked more than once in two days. I am worried that my dog's larynx may be damaged. My two dogs bit each other's collars off. My one dog is depressed. My other dog is very thin. Both of my dogs are just laying around. I just picked them up yesterday. This is not how it has been in the past when I boarded my dogs there. I think highly of them. They have water fixtures your dogs can play with in the summer. They have a daycare for your dogs. They have a grooming facility. They have a separate facility for cats. Their outside running areas have grass. They have houses for the dogs. There is no dark areas. It is really beautiful. They are good. They do a wonderful job. I felt good when I walked away this time. I am just worried about the effects of the bark collars. I will probably take my dogs there again with the condition that they not have dog collars put on them.

I boarded my 6 cats for 15 days while I was traveling over seas. I have boarded my cats with All Pets Boarding Resort many times in the past and have never been unhappy with how they care for my animals. The one of many things I like about this facility is that the animals are placed in screened cat condos and not behind glass as some of the other facilities do. When animals are placed behind glass they do not hear the outside world and become disconnected and withdrawn. It's like being placed inside a glass case! I noticed this when I placed my cats at these other facilities. When I picked up my cats at All Pets they were alert and very conversant. The staff is great and the facility is first rate. My only complaint is that they are not open on Sundays for delivery or pickup which means I sometimes have to pay an extra day and pickup up my cats on a Monday, if I'm flying home late on Saturday.

My animals had a wonderful experience here. Goldie was very excited to be back. I had boarded her there earlier this summer. This was the cats first time to board anywhere. They stayed in one of the kennels wonderful cat condos together. When I picked them up they seemed like they had a good time and were very content. One of them didn't want to leave. They had given Goldie a bath earlier in the day, but she had gotten into the water in her run and got herself all wet again so they took $5.00 off of the bath charge. They were very kind and caring and seemed to genuinely care for my pets. I appreciated their kindness.

They are very compassionate. They have beautiful grounds with a lake, rushing stream, and waterfall. They kennel both cats and dogs. They also have outdoor grass kennels. The animals are not caged. The animal's sleeping quarters are little houses with little beds. They also have swimming pools and misters. They also do Bordetella shots, shampoo, and wash the animals. They are closed on Sundays and holidays. Their play yards are 20 ft x 100 ft. The "guests" are taken out 4 times a day. It's a luxury vacation for dogs. Our dogs love it and we've been with them from the start. You can also pay $5 for someone to give them special TLC for 15 minutes. Our dogs our so happy and never come back afraid or shocked. For cats, they have multilevel, large play lands, with country views, bird feeders, and places to lounge. Heating and AC, soft music, maid service and plenty of TLC.
